  2. Welcome to Small Guy Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, sgtprints.com (the "Site"), and the purchase of any products or services from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    4. 2. Orders and Acceptance

    • Order Placement: All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to buy.
    • Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
    • Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    5. 3. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

    • Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise.
    • Taxes: Sales taxes (such as Ontario's 13% HST, or the applicable GST/HST/PST of other provinces) will be applied at checkout based on the shipping address destination within Canada.
    • Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice before an order is confirmed.

    6. 4. Payment and Billing

    • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
    • Billing Info: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
    • Authorization: By submitting payment info, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your order.

    7. 5. International Shipping and Customs

    • Shipping Destinations: We ship to addresses within Canada and select international destinations.
    • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
    • Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery times are guides only. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.
    • Import Duties & Taxes: For all international shipments (outside of Canada), the buyer is strictly responsible for paying any local customs, duties, tariffs, and import taxes required by the destination country. These fees may be collected by us at checkout.  The buyer will be notified when these fees are collected.

    8. 6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

    • 15-Day Policy: Our return policy lasts exactly 15 days from the date the product is delivered to your address. Return requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
    • Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
    • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@sgtprint.com.
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own trackable return shipping costs, unless the item arrived fundamentally damaged or defective.
    • Exclusions: Items marked Final Sale or any clearance tems are final sale and non-returnable.

    9. 7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian and Ontario law, Small Guy Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

    9. Amendments

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted immediately to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
